How It Works
The integration works in two directions:
- Loop → LVK: When a customer initiates a return in Loop, a webhook automatically creates a corresponding return in LVK — no manual entry needed.
- LVK → Loop: When a return arrives at the fulfillment center and its status is updated, LVK's webhook triggers the next step in Loop (such as a process or flag event).
