Packaging Details for LVK

LVK stocks standard packaging material in each warehouse location. The most appropriate packaging material for each shipment is selected when the order is processed. These materials are plain and unmarked with no branding.

Using Custom Box/Mailer

• You can use a custom box or mailer. However, please be advised that LVK will not provide any feedback on the packaging you provide.
• We can ship custom inserts or any other marketing component that you would like to add.
• Custom boxes/mailers and marketing inserts are treated as. SKU, meaning they will need their own storage location and will be counted as a pick for any shipment

Process for Creating & Using a Custom Box/Mailer

In order to use a custom box or mailer, you will need to add it as a SKU to your store. Be sure to add in the dimensions, weight and a descriptive name so the team can easily identify them and the shipping charges will be accurate. 

Note: All custom boxes and mailers are considered a pick and will be counted against your per order pick count.

Once you have added the SKU for the custom packaging to your store, you will then need to create a shipping plan for the SKU.

After you have created a shipping plan, mark your products via the Product check box that require a custom box or insert.

Additional Notes Regarding Custom Packaging

• The custom box, insert or poly will count as an additional pick on each order it applies to
• You will be charged storage on your custom packaging
• We do not use branded tape or stickers
• If you run out of custom packaging, we will not continue to ship your items unless you contact us to let us know how to proceed
• If you need the custom packing to be assigned to specific SKUs please open a ticket HERE.

NOTE: If you use a custom box or poly mailer and the product falls out of the packaging in transit or gets damaged due to insufficient packaging material, LVK is not liable for the loss.
