Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) is a service offered by Amazon that simplifies the selling process for businesses. LVK wants to partner with you to ship your FBA orders quickly and efficiently.

LVK is not responsible for Amazon FBA rejections or changes to its policy. FBA prep is considered a Special Project and will need to be sent in and approved by our team by October 15 to be completed during peak season (November 1- December 31.)
What are FBA orders?
Amazon provides 3PL services to Amazon Sellers. Sellers send their products to Amazon to be stored and processed for customer orders. LVK is a certified fulfillment center that can help you prepare your FBA order and get your inventory to Amazon warehouses.
How to Submit an FBA Order
If FBA service is needed, our Special Project Team will need the following information:
- Create the order. Find how to do it HERE.
- Review the address, quantities, and SKUs. LVK is not responsible for making changes to orders.
- Place the order on hold on the LVK order page. Find how to do it HERE
- Open a ticket HERE to initiate your FBA order preparation request. Please provide all relevant information so our Special Project team can provide a timeline for your order. Please include the following information in your ticket:
- All Amazon product labels (30 labels per sheet)
- Advise if the shipment needs to be palletized and follow the steps: Amazon pallet restrictions and requirements.
- After completing the prep, the Special Project Team will provide the box(es)/pallet(s) weight and dimensions. Please provide the corresponding FBA shipping plan and shipping labels.

NOTE: Penalty storage fee will be charged at $15 per pallet/day or $15 USD or CAD/day if a small parcel if the order is in the warehouse for over 3 business days after project completion.
